Introducing our brand-new multipurpose space at the Western Fair District—designed to accommodate a variety of events, from meetings, presentations, workshops, seminars and live streaming! With a flexible layout and seating for up to 200 guests, this modern venue offers state-of-the-art features, including projectors, screens, full A/V capabilities, and complimentary WiFi.

Each room is equipped with:
Laser projector and recessed projection screen
Wall-mounted touch panel for system control
In-ceiling speakers and wireless AV (ClickShare) dongles
Wired AV (HDMI), wireless handheld mic, and wireless lapel mic
Automatic AV adjustments when rooms are combined
The middle room acts as the master setup for combined spaces
Seamless compatibility with conferencing software (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) using ClickShare dongle
Auto-Tracking Cameras
Auto-tracking cameras follow speakers as they move, which is helpful for dynamic presentations.
Eliminates the need for manual camera adjustments.
Default setting: disabled (can be enabled on the camera control page).
