Introducing our multipurpose space at the Western Fair District, designed to accommodate a variety of events, from meetings, presentations, workshops, and seminars!

Room Partitions

Are you looking for breakout rooms or a smaller space? We can easily partition the event space into three individual rooms to fit your needs.

Auto-Tracking Cameras

  • Auto-tracking cameras follow speakers as they move, which is helpful for dynamic presentations.

  • Eliminates the need for manual camera adjustments.

  • Default setting: disabled (can be enabled on the camera control page).

  • Each room is equipped with:

    • projector and recessed projection screen

    • Wall-mounted touch panel for system control

    • In-ceiling speakers and wireless AV (ClickShare) dongles

    • Wired AV (HDMI), wireless handheld mic, and wireless lapel mic

  • Automatic AV adjustments when rooms are combined

  • The middle room acts as the master setup for combined spaces

  • Seamless compatibility with conferencing software (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) using the ClickShare dongle
