WHAT IT IS

The next step for food businesses is to grow up.

"Grove 2.0 is the bridge between a growing food business and a national or international one. It fills a real gap we kept seeing in the region."

Grove 2.0 picks up where The Grove leaves off. It is built for the small and medium agri-food businesses that have outgrown a shared kitchen and need real production space, retail-ready frontage, and cold storage to keep up with bigger orders.

Sitting right next door to the original Grove, it keeps everything members already love about being here. The community, the partners, the visibility, the access to research and packaging support. Just on a larger scale, with the kind of infrastructure you need to sell across Canada and outside North America.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Everything you need to move from regional to global.

01

Larger production units

Bigger, customisable spaces with adjacent retail options, loading dock upgrades, and the room you need to bring on more staff and bigger orders.

03

Export diversification

Hands-on support to help companies move beyond the US corridor into Europe, Latin America, and Asia, with the right partners alongside you.

Each part of Grove 2.0 was designed around feedback from the producers and tenants already working with us, plus the gaps we kept seeing in the wider Ontario food sector.

02

Shared cold storage

New cold storage capacity for food and beverage producers managing inventory, scaling distribution, and getting ready for retail at volume.
